It’s the result of a seasoned industry veteran applying his expertise to a boutique project—a Champagne of remarkable finesse and character.
Based in the prestigious village of Ay, Bonafe leverages his extensive experience and deep connections in the region to source top-quality grapes. The NV Brut is crafted from a carefully selected blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier from prime vineyards in and around Ay. Each parcel is vinified separately, allowing Bonafe to create a complex, layered cuvée.
While this Champagne shines brilliantly on its own, we find it pairs exceptionally well with a range of dishes. Try it alongside pan-seared scallops with a lemon butter sauce or, for a truly luxurious experience, with a selection of caviar. It doesn’t get better than that.
