  Medium golden color. Lemon oil and toasted oats, with fresh pear and baked apples. A deeply complex palate, layered with chamomile, dried almonds, salted peaches and light caramel. Medium body with soft acidity and elegant finish of spiced pears, toasted walnuts, dried flowers, and saffron. Drink now–2028.
