2012 Strato Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

Sumptuous and complex with big forward fruit aromas of Blackberry, black cherry, raspberry, blueberry and plum accented with mineral and anise notes, toasty oak, roasted coffee, dark chocolate and a lifted note of cedar. The nose mimics the the palate with a rich and focused entry that continues to build with additional exposure to air. Structured sweet tannins will provide aging for a solid decade.
