Story
This delightful Champagne is made by Michel Dervin, a small producer with a reputation for crafting exciting and unique wines. The fruit comes from several small plots around the fairy tale village of Cuchery, a little known area in the Champagne region of France. Raising a glass of these delicate bubbles is likely to remind you of Benedictine monk Dom Pérignon's legendary exclamation, "Come quickly; I am drinking the stars!"
Sense
Fresh and fruity with complex buttery flavors, this sparkling white is both vivid and well-rounded on the palate, blending notes of mandarin with a hint of toastiness.
