Individual state laws regarding the transportation and delivery of wine determine where we can ship your order and how long it may take to arrive. Learn more about our Shipping Policy.
We package your wines with the care required to ensure their safe arrival. In the event that your shipment suffers damage in transit, discard any broken or leaking bottles and contact us for a replacement. If you are less than satisfied with any of the wines in a collection, let us know and we’ll notify the licensed retailer in your state to promptly replace it (subject to applicable laws of the retailer's state). If you wish to temporarily suspend or permanently cancel your ongoing Wine Club shipments, please contact us and we'll take care of it right away. Please note that an order that is already in progress cannot be halted. Your membership will be cancelled before the next shipment. We cannot provide a refund for an order that has been processed.
